kilt in a bag ...What in the World!

I think you may be expecting too much, I've not dealt with that Hector Russell, but we have a Hector Russell here in Toronto and they have always been highly professional. I've spent as much as £400 on a kilt in the past and have never been given a garment bag or kilt carrier. As a contrast when I bought my Tuxedo, and several suits I have been given a garment bag for those.

perhaps i am expecting too much , i guess i was expecting a higher standard from them than they actually offer i certainly wont be going back there again thats for sure,
i wasnt expecting the proper kilt carrier as such but a standard bag that you would get at a shopping store in my views is a bit sad you get better type bags at a dry cleaners compared to the bag he got it in ,at least he wasnt too upset at the tartan he was just thankful the colours had been alright but for a man to go through that carry on with his first kilt is a dissapointment and im expecting the same service when i pick mine up ,

i think i`ll be buying a kilt carrier for the day i go to pick it up heres hoping its rolled and not folded
