Is this open now? I've seen the sign up on Highway 9, but didn't know if they were open yet. If you want to try it out give me a call.

time and cost
This week's issue of DeKalb Neighbor has a story on the Celtic Fling. It says the time is from 7:30 to 10:00, and that the costs are only $6 for adult and $4 for children at the door, and $5 and $3 in advance. 404-392-0389 is the number to call for info.
See y'all there!

OK, I expect I'll be there. It's a bit confusing, though - it seems there are 2 venues: one for dance, vendors, etc, and one (Get Coffee) for Keltic Kudzu. One has to drive from one ot the other, it looks like. Has anyone sorted this out yet?

Testing what?
Gilmore and I showed. Keltic Kudzu put on a good show, as did a couple of young lads from the Atlanta Junior Ceili Band. KK will be at Durty Kelly's in Alpharetta next Friday. I'll just be getting back in town from a week of travel so likely won't make that.
Venue for next month TBD, but Clan Kennedy is hosting a Kilt nite at the Harp again, so Gilmore and I won't be the only ones there in kilts, at any rate.

Turpin, Ryan Ross and I and a host of non-X Markers had great SEKS last night at the Harp in Alpharetta. The Kennedy Clan Association had its twice annually ceilidh with much music, some country dancing and bonhommerie. It was a very nice evening.
The Kennedys' next scheduled one will be in November, after the Stone Mountian Highland Games, though there is talk of having something in the south Metro Atlanta area sometime over the summer.
As for SEKS in May.... how about the James Joyce in Avondale Estates? It's near I 285 and Memorial Drive, so is fairly conveneint. The food is great, and there is a no smoking policy until 9 PM. Shall we get together on May 23rd?
