Yeah, this definately looks like a PR mis-hap to me as well. Not too familiar with the Flying Scotsman (I assume it's a restaurant of some sort). But one does have to wonder if the gentleman in the pic (the proprietor I assume maybe) has any knowledge of Scottish traditions....or if he is still with the same PR firm responsible for this photo....
