Ascot Day? What do the Kilted Wear?

I've been invited to the Houston Ascot Day at Sam Houston Race Park on June 20. It's a daytime event and I seem to recall the Englishmen wear mourning coats, but what accessories are appropriate for the kilted man to wear, please?

I think (and I could be wrong) that the only race in North America where morning dress is worn is the Queen's Plate at Woodbine Racecourse in Toronto. The last time I was there was in the late 1980's, and a number of gentlemen (myself included) wore morning dress. A top hat too. Col. E.P. Taylor, the noted horseman, and former president of the Ontario Jockey Club, was always impeccibly turned out. I wish I could say that about the Lieutenant Governors who attended...for some odd reason they always wore decorations! HM The Queen of Canada and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh never wear decorations to the races!
