Earth Tone kilt hose in the heat
Hello. I need to figure out what kilt hose I'm going to wear to the Scottish Festival this year. It's probably going to be just shy of 100* outside that weekend, so I'd rather not wear wool.
The kilt I'll be wearing will be my new, not-yet-made Olive Drab Green RevK. I'll have my WPG brown day sporran, a tan web belt with brass buckle, and brown shoes. My brown shoes are kind of a faded or antiqued brown, so I don't think brown hose would look very nice.
I originally was going to wear my new WPG kilt hose, which are tan, with a slight tint of green. I've come to my senses though - they're 100% wool and
very thick.
I found some nice cotton hose, but they're only available in cream, red and black. I already own the cream ones, but I don't really like cream hose.
Any ideas anybody?
