Ok--this will keep me going (despite really torking my shoulder) Last weekend's games: everything about the same as previous, hammer a bit off--BUT somewhere, somehow I hit an 18 foot sheaf. I mean I normally suck at sheaf. I got some great on-field coaching and just missed at 20.

Nope--I wimped and went into the Masters class--16# sheaf. Thig is, height has never been my problem, I can get it up there--just couldn't get it near or over the bar before.

Like I said--great coaching from guys on the field. Another reason I love this sport. Even the guys who 'compete against' you help you out.

Wimping out would be riding the pine. I will be counting down the next 7 years to the Masters class. If you are right handed, try and move your left foot a half step away from the bar. It will help with the natural angle. If you are a Lefty, go opposite. Forgive the illustration, but I am sure you get the point.

    ...........\_\_\ ----fork
    ...............\
    ........../ --- \--- left foot
    .............. / - \ ---right foot

    0---------------o ------standard cross bar

If that is not the case, give me some more info and maybe I can come up with another fix. I will bounce it of the old coaches head.
