Throw "party:, yeah, but I threw a LOT! Yesterday was ugly...LOL....Advil is my friend. Today, the knee is up on ice, again to knock down the swelling. Whooiiieee!
I think it was the last 9 weight over the bar throws that did it...

I was having so much fun, I only took two pics that day. Here's one of them, the proof that a trained athlete can turn the caber single-handed while keeping the beer bottle vertical so as not to spill a drop.

Unfortunately, the scorekeepers, photographers, and otherwise reliable witnesses, had kicked back more than a few good brews by that time and were still recovering from the BBQ surfeit.
