    Double feature: "The Power of the Kilt" & "The Jones"

    I took the day off today and slept in a bit, bumped around the net and ran a couple of errands, all in my new Kiltlifter Kilts Pride of Scotland kilt, black polo and new black Altama tactical boots with black wool socks. I got the following comments, all from the ladies:

    +++ "I do love a man in a kilt!"
    +++ (an older lady) "I haven't seen a man wear a kilt as well as you since I was a girl in Dundee!"
    +++ (to her young son, maybe 5 or 6) "That's a kilt, and it takes a special man to have the confidence to wear one."

    So, all full of you-know-what and vinegar, I went home and ordered that USAK casual American Heritage I've had my eye on for a couple of weeks now. It is going to look really, really sharp in the 4th of July parades the pipe band is marching in.

    It was a big day. I need a rest now...

    Well done, sir!

    I especially like the first and last comments. I tell gentlemen who are unsure about the kilt that women love it for those very reasons!

    Those are great comments to get, especially the older lady. Now that you've witnessed the power of the kilt, the addiction has its grasp upon you! It's pretty hard not to order more kilts after a day like that!
