Their jones spell and your squirrel instincts (rather than paying for stuff with money you don't have) gave you the ability to deal with all the stuff that came your way. I hope you are back in the swing of things soon.

I have been off work since before Christmas.

Let me tell you Rex speaks truth. I was wanting a kilt in the worst way to properly represent my clan. I sweated the decision adn my family seeing my angst said, "Go ahead, we'll chip in too!"

I measured, ordered, put the money down...and the next week began the cutbacks and lay offs that led to my plant closing. Had I known, I probably would not have gotten the kilt. I know how it goes.

That said, I am very happy I have my kilt because yes...the cost was something that financially pained me and times for me are tough. But I wouldn't trade it for the fellowship and the good times I have had thanks to the kilt. Nor would I trade back the pride and confidence the kilt has given when I really needed it.

I do not presume to tell you what decision to make. But we only go around once and one should take the chance to be happy when they can. If we wait for "the perfect time" to do something then not much would ever get done.
