i have a copy of it sitting in the next room. i haven't read it all yet though as i prefer reading the history of my local area (Aberdeenshire).
as far as learning the Gaelic, good for you. i don't speak it personally, but then Gaelic was never really the language up here in the north-east, it was spoken more in the highlands and islands.
