Hi,
I held it around me as high as I could without putting it on my ribs.
Though, thanks for pointing out that a kilt should be worn quite high. Someone could make a big mistake if they didn't know. I know it now, but I got my Burnside Highschool kilt skirt made a bit too short. I think I must have been wearing it a bit low when I first tried it on. Lucky I had the lady sew a hem on it.
It's tempting, but I won't get the straps let out. I need all the incentive I can get to get fit.
Good point about a hem being more obvious on that thick wool. I think I may just get my own kilt, then. I will talk to a kilt maker. Yes, if I don't wear it, it's still nice to have.
