anyone stich the kilt pin flap on USAK casual?

Probably we should resort to pictures before you commence sewing just to be sure we've defined our terms the same.

Which hand are you using to "fold it under?" I was thinking about the right side of the apron, where your traditional kilt would have a fringe. That loose fold of fabric on the underside could be blind-stitched down.

ON the left side of the apron, my USAK casuals' apron edges are not stitched down all the way to the fell line---that is, not as far as the pleats are stitched in back. Is that what you're noticing?

Never mind, that wouldn't be near the kilt pin that I don't wear on the casual model. I think we mean the facing on the right.

We are talking about the wearers right, where fringe would be, or the kilt pin that I also dont wear
It just seems to look a little odd is all.
