This link will give you a kilt for around £260 (including fabric). I'd recommend them and a lot of Americans on the forum have also dealt with them and found their service to be great, quality good and their shipping costs not too high.
It is considered a Welsh tartan and therefore I believe it's made in a special mill which would cost around £100+ for the 8 yards of wool alone.
Or if you're just looking for a 5yard kilt you could have it made for around £160 or so. Use this link:
