Bloody hell, that is one seriously kickass looking kilt. I should have had one like that when I went to our local metal club, Eye of Horus, on Thursday.

BTW, what's the chance of making on for me and shipping to South Africa?

    Damn, I love that kilt.

That was I thought. (Well except for the South Africa part- Colorado is all the shipping I would need!)

So- Eye of Horus? Are you guys Iron Maiden fans by any chance? "Into the abyss I fall- the Eye of Horus. Into the eyes of the night- watching me go. So bring the blood and red wine of the one to succeed me- for he is a man, and a god- and he will die too!"

Not really limited to Iron Maiden. Didn't even know they had a song with that lyrics. We are big metalheads though, hence the facinations with buckles and shiny studs on clothing

It's the title track to the Powerslave album. I didn't think you were limited to Maiden- it was just the firs thing I thought of when I read the club name.

Same here, maiden was the first thing I thought.

    Wink Schwew....

Well now we've moved on to add "hikers clasps" to the kilts for a sportier look.

Thank you for all the compliments. I don't get to get onto forum as much as I would like to but, the orders have to keep crankin' out

Keep in mind, that when we say "custom" that is exactly what it is. We make the kilt anyway you would like. We just make sure it looks cool before we ship it out. We try not to add anything that you didn't ask for and we basically let you give us the materials list and then we develop the kilt based on what you are going to wear it for.

Thank you for checking out Kilt This! and opening up a discussion about our kilts. We do work very hard on each one and as far as we know, no one else is doing this, so, it's been a roller coaster ride but a lot of fun.

    Epic win.

Also, that is one awesome looking kilt. What are the snaps mounted onto?
