My favourite will always and ever be whisky, but when it comes to gin, Hendricks is the only way to travel. I have an ex Hendricks bottle that I use for olive oil in the kitchen
. I use cucumber in stead of lemon/lime in my g/t, and I prefer _very_ dry tonics. Schweppes is much too sweet to my taste.
Bombay Sapphire is also good, and I'm sure there are a lot of quality gin's I've never tried. I'm not too keen on Beefeater, to me it tastes too much of high alcohols. Must try Plymouth though, as so many of you recommend it!
Then of course no bar is complete without golden aquavit ... mmm...
