You do realize that that jacket is evening wear, not a suit jacket right? The 5 button waistcoat is out. I would suggest you go with a proper black bow-tie and drop the white hose for something in a darker colour. As for the black buttons, you could leave them, but Scottish evening wear is all about style and flash.
