Oh Wow! I have not seen that picture before. Taken from upstream , the photographer must have been dangling from a rope as there is nowhere to stand, that side of the river! Interestingly, the arch is on the way out and the metal walkway is already in place some 14 years before local knowledge says it was. If I may, I would like to pass on this information to the local historians, would you mind?
