Even here dress hire shops are actually stocking kilt wear as its popularity has increased again. Any thing that make it wear more acceptable is a good thing.
That is not a price that I, for one, am prepared to pay, even if it was necessary to do so and it is not. The tartan kilt is doing very nicely, thank you.
