I'm going to try and make it over on the ferry around 2 or 3. I 'll know more closer to the day.

Well just confirmed the reservations so the kiltedwolfman clan will be arriving Thurs 22 and staying at the Royal Scot, so by all means come knock at the door all those who are also staying there!

Et tu, fellow Edmontonian?
This is unfair. I have only recently joined this fine group and already I feel left out!
Victoria is almost close enough for me to drive to, but I cannot go away that weekend; besides, what would I wear? Lochcarron will only - at last - be sending out the tartan for my bespoke Keltoi kilt around that same time...
Do have fun, folks!

With all these notables in the same place at the same time, I hope Steve has a good defense grid set up around his house. Imagine the havoc wreaked if someone decided to take you all out!
Be well,
Star

Ummm, have you been talking to Grant?
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Star,
We do not need any other defense than your radiance.
As it says in your signature block "All shall love me and despair".
We'll just let anyone who wants to make trouble get a glimpse of you and it will be a simple task to tackle them to the ground while they are still stunned.
We can then throw them into the tree in front of the shop. - Problem solved.

This is VIctoria, Canada, for heavens sake. Even the Queen wanders about without a shade of worry. Our only real concern is if a rival forum decides to have a meeting in the schoolyard over by and tries to sneak a spy into our meeting to steal secrets. We must remember to hold a dandelion under the chin of everyone who seeks entry just to be sure there is no risk.
