    Let's try something different...

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

Perhaps we could brainstorm and share ideas for some very cool and respectful kilted Halloween costumes?

    A revenant Jacobite warrior?

    Ghost Piper?

    Devilish Highland Dancer?

    Lazarus Long?

We are a creative bunch, so let's get creative

    Cheers

I've done a Ghost Piper before.

In a solid black kilt, long sleeve black shirt, black hose, black shoes and black hat. White lace around my neck and glow-in-the-dark drone cords thanks to my cousin.

I had rubbed a bit of flour onto my face to try to pale my looks and beard, but I found having it on my hands really wrecked my piping ability.

We were trying to get mist to pour out of my middle tenor, but we never found a good way to make that one happen.

Unfortunately, like most of my lift kilted and otherwise, I have no pictures.

PS: This took place at the local Zoo's "Boo-at-the-Zoo" night. Did you know that Giraffes don't like the sound of the pipes? And the Great Apes are fascinated by them.
