    You have a good point. I'm not even sure if my toes would fit in them!
    There's a very similar style on the website with a flatter toe - but they're awaiting my size at the moment. I can hold off and just wear ghillies for a wedding next weekend... I'm in no hurry.
    I like brogues with regular tie laces or just elasticated with no laces at all - although the elasticated lace-less brogues don't look great with a kilt!

    Have you noticed the new type of shine on shoes today ?

    They seem to just slightly shimmer...

    I like that shimmer, but it's a drag to keep shimmering... Maybe it's easier for the shoe manufacturers to make them that way?
