We had a “work meeting” yesterday evening and we tried out many things.
It seems that Lady Chrystel’s modern version of the Kingussie should be different of any version already existing, modern or old.
The central box pleat will be quite small; the knife pleats deep and numerous.
Of course this will depend on the sett size and structure
We would be closer to 7 yards of fabric than 5…
13oz to 16 oz would be ideal.
The pleats of a Reversed Kingussie should be very similar to a tank and bring us to 8 yards…
All of this is very exciting. Stay tuned !
Best,
Robert
