I said "trick" in jest. Since my students are so young there's no homework or tests, just lots of hands-on experiments and investigations. Most days I feel like my class is a mix of Bill Nye the Science Guy and Monty Python.
Occasionaly. At my school we have what I call Casual Kilted Friday. We do that once a month (although I missed september). I am the only one that does it though. I have found that once a month is all that I can get my principal to agree to. That is ok with me though. It can be a distraction when teaching teenagers.
