MacTarnahans sounds a bit Irish to me. These lycra shorts look pretty ridiculous from the back though, especially on cyclists. They should check in a mirror before going outside.

The point with cyclists is not how they look, but how they function. Frankly I don't care much how they look as long as they do their job. That's not why I'm on that bike, and at my age, I'm nobody's eye candy anyway.

It's a good thing Mac isn't still alie to hear you say that. He'd be devastated. He was a big supporter of the Portland Highland Games and the local Scottish community.

The shorts on cyclists may look funny, but I think you would look funnier walking like a bowlegged cowboy from the saddle sores you would have from cycling 100 miles in one day if you weren't wearing them.
