It seems lot of places tend to use "shipping & handling" as a way of regaining a bit of profit margin. I used to ship out a lot of stuff at my job, and I'm often dismayed to see $10 shipping and $5 handling added to a $15 dollar item that I know would cost $7.50 to put in a small Fed Ex box.
