SWK and Frugal Shipping
I'm ashamed to say I set up a contest between SWK and Frugal to see which one would have my order to me first. Default shipping (which is the same) was used.
I ordered from both the same time of the day on Monday.
SWK was the only one to respond with a notice of shipping and their shipment arrived today.

My experience (two in-stock FC kilts) has been that FC is about two days slower than SWK, which is still pretty fast.

I know that SWK uses the USPS. Does Frugal?

Yes FC uses USPS as well.....that is as long as they ship you the right size. I'm still having major problems w/ getting emails returned about a sizing problem that's been ongoing for over a month. (This guys about to give up and ask for money back)

FC uses USPS Priority Mail but in their own brown box rather than the USPS Box.

Were they both instock items? Otherwise it's not really a fair competition...

I have only recently even heard of SWK taking special orders. So to have the package arrive two days later would indicate that theirs was, and Larry states that the FC's were.

My sizing issue has been going on for nearly 7 months now... they sent a size too big, and STILL have yet to receive a replacement!

From their site: “…and the waists are MADE TO THE MAX…AS AN EXAMPLE > a size 36 kilt will fit a 36 and can adjust down to fit a 35,34,33."
That has NOT been true for the kilts (Cameron and Black Watch) that I recently received.
BOTH of them are the OPPOSITE. That is, they size up not down.

Same issue here. I'm a 36", and the 38" they mistakenly sent me almost fell off, and the 36" SWK I have fits on the smallest hole, even now that i've gained an inch around the midsection...
