My phone is only ever on vibrate, with no audible ringtone, and it has gone off in my sporran more than once, so I know the feeling. And it is not an unpleasant feeling...

My sporran sounds Scots Wha Ha'e on the bagpipe, when the mobile is ringing.
After one individual asked what I had under the kilt, I had answered "my Bagpipe.. before I could say another word Scots Wha Ha'e was coming from the appropriate area. The look on her face was absolutely priceless.
