I have two recomendations. First, Burnetts and Struths 5 yard casual. I have one and I love it! It runs about 180 (give or take 10 dollars).
If you have the money, why not look at Skye Highland Outfitters http://www.skyehighlandoutfitters.com
They have a great machine sewn, 8 yard(not like the 5 yard mentioned earlier) wool kilt for 299 dollars! That is better than most vendors on here. He is Norcalpiper on here. Josh is great to work with. In fact, here is a recent review of this specific kilt:

I have had every question answered in a very timely manner and I have not even bought my kilt yet! His wait time is only about 4-6 weeks. Plenty of time to have it before the wedding.
So basically here is what I say:
If you have the money go for the SHO 8 yard for 299. If not, B&S will work great as well.
