After making my first X-Kilt my youngest daughter wanted her own. I had enough left over from the first to make her one.
I switched the side for the front apron to close. Here are some pics:

I used the Appendix 4 with Tartan Hikers Revised Production Method.
This is how I press the seam as I go from seam to seam.
This the Velcro attached to the waistband.
This is the inside of the kilt just after the waistband has been sewn to the front of the kilt.
