Great pics! You explained the getting of the haggis, but how'd you get and prepare the tatties and neeps?

Since tatties are potatoes, and neeps are rutabagas, I just got them at the grocery store. I skinned, boiled and mashed them both with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Simple haggis fixins.

Neeps are also turnips (as in turneeps)

This is true. The rutabaga is actually a turnip, too.
