I've seen this style jacket alternately called a "Wallace jacket" and a "Ghillie jacket," it just seems to depend on the tailors.
Matt, it's slightly longer than the Argyll-cut. It's close to the length of a regular suit jacket but has a "rolled" front - like the Argyll.
