We hope that next year we will also have full clan representation and a clan booth set up. This year...I just plan to have fun!

Missouri Tartan Day Festival 2010 Clans

I'm Rich MacKinnon, the Clans Chairman for MTDF 2010! As this is our 10th Anniversary, I feel blessed that we have 17 Clans already registered! (Last year we had 14, it was my first year as Clans Chairman and I was clueless!)
So far, we have: (not in any particular order...)
    1- MacGregor
    2- MacKinnon
    3- Bruce
    4- Buchanan
    5- Cameron
    6- Crawford
    7- Davidson
    8- Donald
    9- Ferguson
    10- Gordon
    11- Guthrie
    12- Keith
    13- MacLean/Gillean
    14- MacLeod
    15- MacPherson
    16- Scott
    17- Stewart

There has always been FREE ENTRY, and since our inception, we average 40,000 to 45,000 visitors each year...even with bad weather! Located right on the bank of the Missouri river, we are basically at the spot where Lewis & Clark (both Scots) started their Expedition..with a St. Charles mapmaker, a Scotsman named James MacKay- they hired him for their cartographer.
