Deep breathing...
Taking some small responsibility regarding Big Mikey's statement that "we fooled another one," let me add my congratulations for your determined entrance into the murky depths of liners, carpet thread and hair canvas undergirding the vagaries of woven tartan (ie., those crazy stripes disappeared!), the successive approximations of pleat width, and the invisible edge stitches. There ain't nothing like tearing up the tartan and turning it into a kilt - except wearing it!
