I fall right where Matt and Rocky are: I like the look of a head with some taxidermy done to it but not too much. The open mouth with bared teeth is over the top and looks like it should be mounted on the wall as a trophy, not hanging in front of a guy's crotch. I also think some animals' heads are a bit too large to look right for a sporran.
Every time I see those pictures of the bobcat and coyote sporrans with open mouths, I think to myself that someone needs to one-up those examples by doing a full-mask stag sporran. Complete with eyes, open mouth, and antlers. 
Then that person should be one-upped again by someone else who makes a full-mask buffalo sporran!
