    Just asking beacuse Im jonesing for a TFCK kilt suit which has a subtle pinstripe pattern. Not that im goin to change my mind about it but I would like to judge the opinions and reasoning behind them.

    I think the pinstripe kilt suit looks good in a hip and cool sort of way. That being said, I don't think I would wear one, preferring my non-kilted charcoal pinstripe suit instead. Jordan, I believe you position yourself as more on the modern, non-traditional side of things, so the pinstripe kilt suit would probably work nicely for you. If you get one, make sure to post pics!

    It’s interesting to see the opinions here regarding pinstripes.

    CMcG I would say that depending on my mood I swing between traditional and very modern. Most of the time I prefer my tartan kilts to my UK's etc but I think that because of how they are made as opposed to the pattern (tartan or even solid colours). That said April the 17th is circled in my calendar and I will of course be posting photos as soon as
    The hielan' man he wears the kilt, even when it's snowin';
    He kens na where the wind comes frae,
    But he kens fine where its goin'.

    I have three solids: two UKs (black & OD) and a saffron. As I wear all my kilts mostly casual, there isn't much difference for me. Maybe on St. Pat's I'll get a pic of self in the saffron...
    One day I'll own a tweed (or several)!
