Gatlinburg Festival May 15th-16th

I will be there on Saturday.

Last year we had a great get-together on the Saturday evening in one of the pubs in the arts and craft area of Gatlinburg.

I won't be returning to G'burg this year. I hope everyone has a good time and I hope the weather holds for you.

I made it, and it did take 10 hours of hard driving to get here. I left Astatula at 7:16am this morning and pulled in to the hotel at 5:10 pm. 6 minutes shy of 10 hours. The trip was uneventfull, except the part coming from Cherokee across the mountain to Gatlinburg, every slow driver from two or three states was on the road. It took 1hr and 15 minutes to drive that 35 miles.

I think I will take a much needed NAP!

The Mrs. and I won't be there, but we wish everyone a fun, safe and DRY time, although the forecast says otherwise.
