Say Hi to Workout Demigoddess Cori. It's pretty funny, she shows me how to do the cable chops better and I turn right around and do 'em my same old way. I gotta work on that. What she wants me to do is PERFECT for throwing.
I'll get Workout Goddess Wendy in one of the other ones.

Pretty much. It's all about getting your hips driving your upper body. This will help dramatically in the weights and stones. If you drive with your hips in the Weight Over the Bar and the Caber, think in terms of using both legs/hips to apply the power.
I didn't see you doing any snatch or wide grip deadlifts. Do them from the floor or from blocks. Naturally from blocks you want to use more weight.
Check this out: My Throwers Workout Dec '08
Snatch grip deadlifts, bench press, core blaster, hanging knee raise, Kelso chins, bent row. Three times a week and throw more than you lift.
Keep in mind that you can be either "a lifter who throws" or "a thrower who lifts".
The difference is profound.

I can get to the site, but for some reason QT won't play it. It's trying...there's sound but no picture. GRRR.
