ok, so I half jocked it - Soaked it in water for the night - loosend it up a bit with a light beating - then wore it dry for the day - total time was only two days, spent in a little more haste than i wanted, however the end result turned out to my liking - later I may re-soak and reshape it because when I hung it to dry it dried a little bit to much before I could get at it to mold it so it created some wrinkly lumps - however not enough to terribly bother me at the moment, i can worry about it on my next day off
btw here is the pic from my webcam- i just got home from work so the light is poor as its almost midnight -

I just got a Mackie balmoral in Lovat Blue last weekend at the San Diego Highland Games. RP Blandford & Son was selling their old stock for $40.
Still has the stiff new shape...
Here it is in a photo taken a couple hours ago...

His shipping methods are almost as fast as Jerry's.

She had a great time! Thanks for asking!
It sure doesn't have any relation to kilted stuff, but here she is dressed as Sanji from One Piece:

It's very common for girls to dress as male characters, I found out!

Glad to hear it. I'm the Asst. Mgr. of a small grocery store, and over the years we have employed several kids who have been into anime and/or cosplay of one sort or another. There was one couple who were so into it that they spent their honeymoon at the Comicon in San Diego one year!
Regards,
Brian
