Good stuff! I'm the LAST guy to give advice, but I did see something on your caber--happens to me too. You may start off carrying it nice and high, but as you move it drops. That can make it tilt back and force you to run under it--never letting the top get the momentum it needs for a turn. Try focusing on keeping it carried nice and high--no lower than your chest.
