Great pics Nighthawk, thanks for posting. I am a firm believer that traditional hand crafts should be fostered, widely advertised and taught to the next generation. Once history is lost, it is gone for good. Well done to you and your group for keeping it alive.
...and it only got worse today. This is a new of Rennie burn as far as I know! So- a few more pictures from today to upload. This was a great festival! Loads of fun, lots of interest and well organized! "Well organized" and "Celtic festival" are not often uttered in conjunction with each other, so I was impressed! Festival season is now officially over until Tartan Day next year. I'm not sure if I'm relieved or disappointed. I feel a little burned out... but I have so much darned FUN!!
