Yeah I get that kind of junk too. Especially from the drummer in our church worship band. He's the kind of guy whose natural default setting is to pick on folks and he keeps refering to my wear as womanly and that the "only thing about that outfit that's manly is the boots". He needs to remember that those guys in "skirts" typically punch above thier weight when facing off against the be-trousered. He means well enough but it is still annoying. I think once I get to know him better I'll ask him to lay off but for now I at least know he's just joking around. And of course my pastor is a great guy but he's still a "good 'ol boy" and a marine so he has a problem with it too. Funny, he never had a problem when I would wear Dashikis and linen/east indian apparel with flip flops during church. I guess if you're going to kilt you had better have a thick skin and good anger control techniques.
