Sure, a meet up would be a good idea. This'll be my first kilted outing and so I'm pretty excited about it!

Any suggestions on sock wear for a casual look? I have some heavy dark wool socks that I can wear with my Bates boots that might look okay. Thoughts? I'm certainly not going to wear white gym socks....AACK!!

J, dark socks with your boots will be fine. No one has to wear kilt hose, but those of use who "represent" our clan tend to be more traditional.

I'd love to represent my clan, it's just that I don't happen to have a kilt in Lindsay...so I'll wear my SWK Black Stewart and walk just as proud!!
