This has happened more than once to me, different employers, during company-sponsored happy-hours and/or party functions. The "Office Marm" gets more than one White Russian in her smoke-stained maw and has to see what's behind door number 1.
So my suggestion is to keep it covered. Use like-colored (to your kilt) undies to be less conspicuous.
