I'm wondering why this is even a question any more. Maybe we should put a banner across the top of the forum saying "When in doubt, wear underwear" or something. Sorry, but this is just getting really old. I've never heard this "question" come up so much anywhere...even when guys wore pants "regimental".
If you want to wear your kilt without 'em, fine, if you have any hesitation about problems, or it might distract you, wear something under it and forget about it. It's about the KILT...not the panties.
