    I find that a couple of those little clear plastic/rubber adhesive backed dots that are used on the back sides of cupboard doors to keep them from knocking agin the cabinet itself work nicely for this kind of thing. Sometimes one dot on the skin side of the sheath may do it, sometimes two, and maybe another inside the sheath to keep the blade from slipping out as well. I will try to find a listing at a hardware store to post a link to what I am speaking of, if I can find them.

    Can usually be found at hardware or big box general stores like Target or Walmart, maay come in various sizes, shapes and colors.
