    thanks for the info

I have lost about 8 punds since I ordered the kilt -- most in the stomach area. I'll have to sinch it a little tighter to keep it up at the correct height. I may have to order a belt to wear with it. Luckily, this being my first kilt I opted for a Thrifty Kilt from SWK. As my confidence grows and I hopefully continue to lose some lbs I will order a more expensive/heavier one.

The Saint Patrick's Day/Tartan Day period is nearly upon us. People are used to seeing more kilts out and about during this "holy season." Wear yours out to parades, pubs, restaurants, and any sort of Celtic event that might be scheduled. Your confidence will get a big boost, and future kilted outings will be become less stressful and more enjoyable....

Looking good. As you become more familiar with the feel and movement of the kilt, you will be more confident in public.

I like how you are slowly creeping twords kilted life. You get use to wearing it in the house then a bit outside. I like that idea that way when you hit the town in it you'll be comfortable.

    Good for you Brother,

It looks a bit like a Black Watch, am I right?

I have a Black Watch because I recently found out that I have Campbells on my mother's side of the family. I'm looking forward to wearing to the games coming up.
