			Membership Question
		
			
				
					Matt:It is unlikely that I will be in your area any time in the near future. I am curious as to why with the Basic Membership that there is no discount if you order from the store online. I can completely understand that the discount would not apply to shipping, but unclear why not merchandise. Perhaps you can enlighten me on this?

	Well, I'd like to say that membership discounts are good on in-store only purchases because we want to entice people to come visit us in person. :-)

 However, the real reason is because we don't have a professional website design team (aka, I do all the work myself) and I simply do not possess the technical know-how to give members a code which would automatically deduct a percentage discount from every item in their shopping cart.  I actually don't think that can be done with our current PayPal shopping cart system.
 
 But what we do plan on doing is making available certain discounted items or other specials that would be available in a members-only section of our web site, which members would be notified about via email.  So there will be some web offers you can take advantage of.
 
 One day we do hope to be able to offer an on-line members discount, when we have the technical ability to do so.
