Thank-you all so very much for the warm welcome to X marks the Scot
In all my years on the internet and assorted forums (and I've witnessed the birth of the internet having grown up in the age of rotary telephones) I have not had as warm and friendly a greeting as this, and in such number and diverse locations. Thank-you all so much for this.
I keep pausing to ponder what I'm becoming aware of and the reason for so many to gather as such. Incredible.
I shall indeed consider kilt nights (kilt knights ) once mine arrives and I can wear it proudly.
I'm sure a few more greetings shall arrive at this rate, and I might lose track of everyone due to the volume, but rest assured (technical glitches aside of course) I read every message here and ponder the sender (as well as read their profile) - private messages included.
Thank-you all again. I am happy to be here.
