This turned out to be more straight forward than I thought. 40 hours of planning and 4 hours actual work. I spent a ton of time trying to get the right number of holes but finally ended up just using the awl and did one hole at a time. I believe i could do the next one in far less time. The springbuck hide is thick but very soft. There are a few flaws but i'd much rather wear this than some $25 pseudo-leather economy sporran. Let me know what date you're going to the Ren Faire and we'll plan on meeting there.
