I upgraded the operating system on my computer in January. Bugbear, you are so right that it takes awhile to get used to these sorts of things.

Glad to know that you re-donned your kilt, if only briefly.

Bugbear: I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 (64-bit) a few months ago. No problems so far. It's noticeably more responsive than either Vista or XP. Just stay away from Windows Live - really strange! Sometimes I think MS is trying to get folks off of it onto something else, like Outlook.

I still run XP on my laptop, but will probably upgrade the hardware before the OS. Good luck with acclimating. I wonder if MS has an official tartan? ;-)
